CFBA has numerous group classes as well as weightlifting and gymnastics specific lessons to work on the many movements functional fitness & CrossFit covers; all at various times throughout the day to suit all timetables.
We are a group of people from all different backgrounds and fitness levels. We will help you reach your goals, one day at at time.
