BIL ATHLETIC CLASSES:
CROSSFIT
Our CrossFit classes run from Monday – Saturday and follow a structured program. This class will run through a strength & conditioning component and includes a warm-up and stretch. We can change any movement you may require on the day!
BILS BARBELL
Have you always been interested to improve your Weightlifting technique? We go through the specifics to improve your technique for Clean & Jerks, Snatch, Overhead and so much more.
When? Every Thursday at 6pm!
BILS GYMNASTICS
We offer a specialised gymnastics class every Monday, catering from Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Athletes. We provide a structured program to ensure you improve on specific movements such as: Toes to Bars, Muscle Ups & Pull-ups

TRAIN WITH THE COACHES WOD
CrossFit Bil Athletic love their community. We have a dedicated class every week where our coaches jump in and train alongside our members

BILS CONDITIONING
This class is designed to target every aspect of your physical fitness, from cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength to agility, coordination, and flexibility

For our young ones, the next generation. Fun, fitness, dynamic play that helps develop our athletes and leaders of the future
