Looking to kickstart your fitness or CrossFit journey? Our Bil's Beginner program is designed just for those new to fitness or CrossFit. Join us for a week of guided, small-group sessions with personalised coaching to help you build confidence and technique.

Class Times: Mondays (Adam) & Wednesdays (Jaylee) at 6:30am and 5:00pm

Cost: $50 for the week – includes both sessions + Saturday 7am community session

Small Class Sizes: Limited to a maximum of 6 people, all beginner level

Tailored Support: Self-paced class with a dedicated coach
After completing the program, you’ll have the option to join our main group or receive more individual support based on your needs.
Requirements: Any level of fitness plus a willingness to learn and have fun with some new friends. We all started here!
What to bring: Water bottle, towel.
